PlantSuccess, a conference and forum dedicated to improving performance of Gas&Oil and Chemical operations around the world, has partnered with the US Air Force to launch its Energy Leadership Series conferences. Celebrating ten years of bringing together operating executives and decision makers in process manufacturing, PlantSuccess provides a unique forum for direct exchange among peers in a trusted environment and provides a venue for presentation and discussion of new concepts, current experiences and results achieved relating to operational excellence.
This new conference series promotes leadership, innovation and collaboration on the energy front. The US Air Force, as the lead DOD branch for energy, recognized PlantSuccess’ unique position in the Gas & Oil and Chemical manufacturing sectors. The Air Force chose to sponsor the inaugural event because they wanted to establish an ongoing dialogue and collaboration between their leadership team and industry leaders to accelerate adoption of advances from DOD energy R&D and to assure the security of our national interests.
As operators of commercial and industrial activities the DOD also wants to capture the experience of operating executives who manage facilities with critical dependence on abundant energy, handle hazardous materials and face similar threats and have security requirements similar to military bases. The DOD also seeks direction regarding their investments in energy research that could benefit the industrial segment and to share best practices to assure energy sustainability, reliability and security.
Scheduled for May 19th through the 21st in Dayton Ohio, the Energy Leadership Series will host a private reception and dinner at the National Museum of the USAF, the largest and oldest military aviation museum on the world. Attendance at this conference is limited, by invitation and complimentary.
